These Jack Tales are my thought and opinions, musings and reflections on our teas and how we make them and why we make them - that is why I and we do this and made The Original Jack Tea for you.

Hopefully they embody and express to some extent the experience and learning that I have accumulated about health and wellness as it relates to herbs in general and “teas” specifically. With all my heart I believe in and have come to know during my life’s journey that nature and natural remedies are often ones that can and do provide not just some alternative but what is in the end the better choice after all.

My intention is not to provide “advice”, per se - although I will admit at times it could seem that I’m am. But make no mistake, what I am really doing is just relating and sharing my own experiences and knowledge. Take it or leave it.
