Why these plants and herbs?

Rooibos for the anti-oxidants. Lapacho is a very strong antibacterial and anti-fungal. Milk Thistle is used to support the liver. Hibiscus leaf is used to improve circulation and to dissolve phlegm and also has mild diuretic and laxative effects. Nettle is one of my all time favorites. It’s a great source of minerals and supports a healthy urinary tract, it helps prevent kidney stones and it’s anti-inflammatory, it improves blood circulation and supports healthy blood sugar levels. Birch is a purifying herb. Ginger is great for a healthy gut. Oat straw is used to prevent skin inflammations. Sarsaparilla is to help protect the skin and kidneys. Red clover is known as an expectorant and it promote healthy skin as well as healthy heart function. Hawthorn is helpful in reducing blood pressure. Horsetail is used to support healthy kidney and bladder function and helps protect against stones and urinary tract infections. Cornflower hleps fight against candidia and to stimulate liver and gallbladder function. Peppermint is supportive of healthy liver and kidney functions.

Steep 2 teaspoons per cup
212° F for 4 to 6 minutes.
