Why these plants and herbs?

Green Rooibos is an antioxidant, which can help reduce the risk of heart diseases by preventing the buildup of bad cholesterol. Fennel contains fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, and antioxidants, which support healthy blood pressure. Lemongrass has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and supports healthy cholesterol levels. Hawthorn is traditionally used for heart-related ailments. Bilberry Leaf is known for its high levels of antioxidants, which can protect against oxidative stress and inflammation. Cinnamon can help regulate healthy levels of blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides. Ginger may help lower blood pressure and improve blood circulation.
