Why these plants and herbs?

Yerba Mate is an herb from South America which helps to reduce fatigue and enhances physical performance while also helping with recovery. Pu’er is a fermented aged tea from the Yunnan province in southwest China known to increase metabolism and reduce hunger. Ginger is a strong anti-inflammatory and helps with muscle damage and muscle soreness.
