Yerba Mate is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that help boost energy and help in weight loss. Shou Puer is a fermented tea, believed to aid in digestion and has been traditionally used to help break down fatty foods as well as support healthy cholesterol levels. Oolong Tea has traditionally been used as weight loss tea. Studies have shown that Oolong tea can increase lipid metabolism. Cacao Beans are high in antioxidants, magnesium, and other essential nutrients that can promote heart health and help in energy production. The theobromine naturally found in cacao beans acts similarly to caffeine, which may boost metabolism and increase energy expenditure. Calendula Petals have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which support healthy a digestive system and nutrient absorption and overall metabolism.
