Why these plants and herbs?

Rooibos is rich in antioxidants and known to be hormone balancing. It can support adrenal function and reduce stress hormones like cortisol. Raspberry Leaf is traditionally referred to as ‘woman’s herb’ is famous for its use in promoting uterine health. It tones the uterus, improves menstrual cycle regularity, and may ease menstrual cramps and traditionally used for pregnancy support. Ginkgo leaf improves circulation and is an antioxidant. Oat Straw is known for its calming effects by supporting the nervous system and helps to balance mood swings that are associated with menstrual cycle and menopause.
