Why these plants and herbs?

Both Fennel Seeds and Anise Seeds are known for their antiviral as well as expectorant properties, helping to clear congestion and soothe the respiratory tract. Additionally, fennel is a natural pain reliever, which can help alleviate aches associated with flu symptoms. Raspberry leaf is high vitamin C and vitamin E, it acts as an astringent which can help reduce mucus production and soothe sore throats. Rosehips are packed with vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system. Mullein is known for its soothing properties and is traditionally used to support respiratory health. Birch Bark has anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, which can help reduce fever. Thyme is a powerful herb, it’s antibacterial, antiviral and acts as an expectorant. Dandelion Leaves are rich in vitamins A, B, C and D and the minerals iron, potassium and zinc. It’s strong support for the immune system and its diuretic properties help detoxify the body. Horsetail is anti-inflammatory and supports the kidneys. Blackberry Leaf is similar to raspberry leaf, with high vitamin content and astringent properties. Peppermint is antiviral and can naturally soothe sore throat and acts a decongestant.

"This Jack tea has been around forever and is for many of us the original Jack Tea and personal favorite. And for good reason. It lives up to its name. Headache, hangover, body ache, or just feeling crummy, after a cup or two of this one you are going to be feeling better. Love that its caffeine free.
