Why these plants and herbs?

Pineapple contains bromelain, which is an enzyme that helps with digestion and reducing inflammation, soreness and pain. It’s is a source of Vitamin C and electrolytes which help maintain proper body hydration levels. Coconut is rich in electrolytes; potassium, sodium and magnesium. Hibiscus has cooling properties which can help reduce body heat. Rosehips are high in vitamin C and antioxidants, which can boost the immune system and improve skin hydration. Lemongrass increases urination which helps detoxify the body and promotes hydration. It also soothes the stomach and aids in digestion. Calendula is effective for hydrating and detoxifying the body.
